Job Responsibilities
· Manage aircraft leasing transactions regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions;
· Prepare project plans, contract documents, schedules and milestones;
· Liaise with internal departments and external parties for projects execution;
· Assist in feasibility studies and due diligence, and prepare investment proposal for various type of business transactions;
· Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
· Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
· Preferably possess (or current candidate of) professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA;
· Proactive, result oriented, organized and able to work under a dynamic high growth environment;
· At least 3 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, M&A projects, due diligence and/or consulting;
· Previous exposure to PRC regulatory/ tax issues, multi-jurisdiction transaction exposure or contract review experience is desirable;
· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
