Job Responsibilities:

 ·     Establish a good working relation with banks and other financial institutions and a thorough understanding of their concerns and requisite;

·     Involve in negotiation and finalization with banks/financial institutions for financing loans, including the terms and conditions of the financing transactions with all parties;

·     Ensure the financing loans/transactions are successfully completed on time by tracking and resolving any issues, disputes, incidents encountered during the course of the financing/loan application processes;

·     Explore and solicit new financing channels to fulfil the company’s financing needs;

·     Prepare ad-hoc financial reports to both internal management and external investors;

·     Oversee the forecasting and planning of the company's budgeting and financial standing;

Qualifications:

·     10-15 years’ experience in senior/solid profession of banking/financial industries;

·     Wide range exposure in financing channels and resources in the sectors of banking, securities, funds, and trusts, etc.;

·     Sound people connection in the banking/financial industries;

·     Strong professional skilled in Investor Relations

·     Proficient in Chinese (Putonghua) and English both speaking and writing;

·     Mobile and able to travel frequently.
