Asia Pacific Aviation Leasing (APAL) established it Tianjin platform in Dongjiang FTZ on 19 September 2017 with registered capital of US$100 million.  APAL has office in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Tianjin, Ireland, Labuan and Netherlands.
